“Overpriced and disappointing! (½ * out of 5!) The group of 6 persons started the tour after waiting 20 minutes (2 people missing). We began our tour at a food department at Mitsukoshi. The guide hurried ahead and we all tried to follow. (It was the group members that made sure that nobody was separated from the group - not the guide). He then asked if any of us were allergic to peanuts and went away. We waited…he returned with a selection of wagashi / mochi. A nice gift but a bit surprising?
