“I was not able to participate in the event due to a medical condition that occurred a couple of hours prior to the event. I would not have been able to properly drive the kart and I would not place myself or others in danger. I contacted the location and Viator’s customer service, and they were not sympathetic to my situation and did not approve a refund. They cited the policy which I understood, but they should have also understood that accident happens. I am very disappointed with their handling of this situation. I would recommend that customers wanting to do the go Kart, reach out to Street Kart instead.…”
