“The tour was ok. But this company, Royal Smart Tourism misrepresents what they are selling in the description. At the highest price point, it was supposed to include “skip the line”. In all other tours this would mean that you don’t have to queue up. Instead the ONLY thing you get through this tour is advance tickets. Basically they buy the tickets and then send it over to you at 3-4x the normal price. You bring the ticket, you still have to queue up to enter and exchange the advance ticket for a paper ticket at a machine. Then when you visit the two observation decks (Tembo & Gallery), you…”
